LEDIA may offer a Meta integration through OAuth so that the user can voluntarily connect the assets they manage, including an ad account, a Facebook Page, and a professional Instagram account.
By connecting Meta, the user authorizes LEDIA to use only the permissions granted to access and operate the selected assets, create, edit, pause, or manage campaigns according to their instructions, and view performance metrics and reports. LEDIA does not request or store Meta passwords.
The user represents and warrants that they have sufficient authorization to connect and manage each selected account, Page, profile, or asset. The user is also responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, ads, creative materials, budgets, targeting, and use of data comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and Meta’s terms and advertising policies.
The user may not use LEDIA to publish unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory content, content that infringes copyright, or content that uses personal data without an appropriate legal basis or consent. Factor X may reject, pause, or suspend actions that may violate these terms, the law, or Meta policies.
Meta is an independent third-party service. LEDIA does not guarantee the approval, delivery, availability, reach, performance, or continued operation of campaigns, accounts, or ads on Meta, and will not be responsible for rejections, blocks, API changes, policy changes, interruptions, or decisions made by Meta.
The user may disconnect the integration from LEDIA or remove permissions from their Meta account. The information obtained and processed through this integration, as well as the procedure for requesting its deletion, is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests may be sent to contacto@ledia.ai; they must not include passwords, tokens, or secret keys.
LEDIA is not owned, sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or its affiliates.
