Disconnect the integration
From LEDIA settings, disconnect Meta if that option is available in your account.

Instructions for requesting deletion of data associated with your account and the Meta integration.
LEDIA respects your right to request deletion of your data. You may do so even if you no longer have access to LEDIA. This process is free and does not require you to send passwords, tokens, or secret keys.

Remove permissions in Meta
In your Meta account, open Business Integrations and remove the access granted to LEDIA.

Send the request
Email contacto@ledia.ai with the information listed below.
Information to include
- The email address associated with your LEDIA account.
- Your company or account name, if applicable.
- The name or identifier of the connected ad account, Facebook Page, or professional Instagram account, if known.
- The phrase “Meta data deletion request” in the subject line.
Do not send confidential information: LEDIA will never ask for your Meta password, an access token, a secret key, or authentication codes.
Data we will delete
After verifying the request, we will delete from our systems, where applicable:
- The OAuth connection and associated access tokens.
- Local identifiers and metadata of connected Meta assets.
- Campaign, ad, and metrics data synchronized and stored by LEDIA that is associated with the connection.
This request does not delete campaigns or ads directly from your Meta account. Records that we must retain due to a legal obligation will be kept only for the required period with restricted access; aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you may be retained.
