Purposes of Processing
Your data will be used for the following purposes:
  • (i) Manage your registration as a prospect or customer

Right to human review: You have the right to request that an automated decision be reviewed by a person if you believe it affects your rights.

Data Transfers
Your data may be shared with:
  • Factor X customers that use LEDIA to manage leads
  • Technology providers, including cloud and artificial intelligence services

  • Necessary third parties for operating the service (hosting, analytics, and support)

Some transfers may involve processing data abroad, subject to appropriate security measures in accordance with international standards.

If Factor X Chatbot Factory, S.C. receives a request from a government authority to access personal data:

  • (i) we will review its legality with legal counsel before responding;

  • (iv) we will document each request, our response, its legal basis, and the people involved.
Meta Integration (Facebook and Instagram)

If you connect your Meta account to LEDIA through OAuth, you may select the assets you manage, such as an ad account, a Facebook Page, and a professional Instagram account. LEDIA does not request or store your Meta password.

Depending on the permissions you authorize and Meta approves, we may process:

  • Identifiers, names, and relationships of the selected assets: ad account, Facebook Page, and professional Instagram account.
  • Operational information about campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative materials, statuses, and budgets, solely to create, edit, pause, or manage campaigns from LEDIA according to your instructions.
  • Metrics and reports available for the authorized account, such as impressions, reach, clicks, spend, results, and other performance metrics, to display reports and measure campaigns.
  • The technical data required to maintain the OAuth connection, including identifiers and access tokens. These are used only to operate the integration, are not displayed in the interface, and are deleted when you disconnect the integration or when they are no longer needed, unless there is a legal retention obligation.

Limited use: We do not sell data obtained from Meta, use it for our own advertising, or create profiles unrelated to the requested operation. We do not share it with third parties other than Meta and providers that deliver services necessary for LEDIA. We do not use Meta data for purposes incompatible with the authorized permissions.

You may disconnect Meta from LEDIA settings and remove permissions from your Meta account settings, under Business Integrations. To request deletion of data associated with this connection, email contacto@ledia.ai and state that it is a Meta data deletion request. Do not send passwords, tokens, or secret keys.

Would you like to request deletion of your data? See the user data deletion instructions.

Meta information and services are also subject to Meta policies, available in its Privacy Policy.

Canva Integration

If you connect your Canva account to LEDIA, we may access your designs, titles, thumbnails, basic metadata, and editing links solely to display visual designs, import campaign materials, and open them for editing in Canva.

  • We request only the permissions necessary to access metadata and import the campaign flyer.
  • We do not use Canva data for advertising, commercial profiling, sale, or transfer to third parties for purposes other than operating this feature.
  • Connection tokens are encrypted before being kept in the user session on the server; they are not shown in the browser or stored as part of the campaign record.
  • The Canva session is configured to expire after a maximum of eight hours of inactivity. When you disconnect the integration, we revoke access in Canva and immediately delete local tokens.
  • If Canva revokes access or the token becomes invalid, LEDIA removes the local connection when it detects this. We do not permanently retain Canva design metadata.
  • Temporary files generated to import an editable flyer are deleted when the process ends.

You may remove access from your Canva account settings or request help disconnecting the integration by emailing contacto@ledia.ai.
